Essential Functions

?? Responsible for Company Recruitment & Selection Programs
?? Coordinates employee onboarding and off-boarding
?? Manages workers' compensation program
?? Maintains employee records.
?? Formulates and recommends Human Resources policies and objectives
?? Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related concerns through effective performance coaching
?? Analyze and modify compensation and benefit policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements
?? Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff relating to employment, compensation, labor relations, administration and employee relations.
?? Plan, organize, direct, control or coordinate company training & development systems.
?? Represent local facility on all personnel-related hearings and investigations.
?? Prepares and submits annual departmental budgeting to OEGR HR Director as outlined by
Finance Department.
?? Directs process of organizational planning that evaluates structure, job design, and staffing levels.
?? Develop and implement company performance management systems
?? Develop, monitor and report performance measures to direct supervisor, staff and local
Management Team.
?? Identify legal requirements and government reporting effecting Human Resources.
?? Compliance to the ICM Master Manual TS16949, ISO 14001 EMS requirements.
?? Create, review, and/or revise procedures/processes to increase efficiency.
?? Ensures compliance with all applicable safety reporting procedures

Education / Experience

?? High School Diploma or GED equivalent
?? Bachelor's degree in Business with emphasis in Human Resource Management or
Organizational Development
?? 5 years Human Resource Generalist experience of which 3 years in a supervisory role
