Capability and Competence



1.Education: Ph. D Degree in chemical engineering, process technology, applied chemistry, material science or related disciplines;



2.Knowledge (acquired information necessary to do the job)



1) of the chemical process technologies;



2) of process development procedures and tools;



3) Level of knowledge required



3.Flexible team player with creativity;



4.Good project management skills, able to deliver on time and within budget;



5.Excellent social and communication skills; Good network with process technology expertise within Bayer and Asia;



6.Self-driven, independent and proactive working attitude;



7. Knowledge of foreign languages (Employee's self evaluation)
