Major Responsibilities:



Get familiar with the HR model, the different roles and interfaces



Supporting daily business (e.g. Recruiting)



Supporting the Business Partner in the daily business



Preparation and participation in personal conferences



Collaboration and support in different processes, e.g.



- Performance Management



- Short Term Incentive / Merit



- Promotion



- Personnel Development (Moderation of meetings, Supporting 360°-Feedback, Wrap-up 360, attendance OC, Development Dialogue)



Collaboration on Process Design and Roll-out of new Processes in the Center of Expertise



Work experience in a production site






Capability and Competence:



Excellent university or polytechnic degree in the area of economics, social science or law with preferably a major in Human Resources



Previous HR experience desirable, e.g. through internships



International experience (either through work or study)



Excellent communication skills



Commitment and flexibility



Working independently



Result orientation
