Major Responsibilities:



1. Develop, engineer, construct and commission waste gas treatment process;



2. Manage economic assessment of waste gas treatment concept and business model;



3. Assist other engineering areas to determine the needs and/to to justify new or upgraded equipment;



4. Develop and improve manufacturing processes through the use of personal knowledge, training, consultants, suppliers, etc.









Capability and Competence



1. Education: Master's Degree in environmental technology, chemical process technology or chemical engineering discipline;



2. Knowledge (acquired information necessary to do the job)



a. of unit operations as well as biological process, and waste gas treatment;



b. of process development procedures and tools, e.g. Aspen Plus;



c. Level of knowledge required



3. Flexible team player with creativity;



4. Good business/financial sense;



5. Self-driven, independent and proactive working attitude;



6. Knowledge of foreign languages (Employee's self evaluation)



7. Able to work for minimum 3-4 days per week.
