Major Responsibilities:
Oversees all facets of attended events, including:
Secures the event venue
Arrange accommodations and transportation for participants
Set up and managing the registration process
Make arrangements for food and beverage service, if needed
Determine arrangements for exhibits and displays
Order directional signage and audio visual equipment
Handle the marketing and promotion of the event
Evaluate the event after its completion
Assist with the preparation and execution of consumer, trade and press events on a per-project basis: negotiates contracts with vendors, caterers, photographers, etc.
Assist with coordination of all event details including booth set up, displays and display units, furniture, catering, product shipments, securing electrical fittings etc.
Responsible for ensuring all aspects of an event are well-planned and run smoothly.
Works with graphic designers to coordinate production of needed marketing material including training manuals, brochures, business cards, invitations, mailers, price list, etc.
Coordinates and distributes books, invitations and other mailings to promote the event.
Works with Marketing team to utilize website and social network for relevant news feeds from the company and industry
Participates in activities related to press relations including updating media lists and conducting mailings. Maintains image library and distributes to press, sales managers, etc.
Monitors press coverage of all things related to IQAir, “air pollution” or “air purifiers”, including collecting and organizing press clips, maintaining press and editorial records.
Assists in coordination and implementation of programs in conjunction with other regional Marketing colleagues, driving consistency in procedures and brand presentation at events
Coordinates and maintains IQAir Demo units and displays with our marketing partners. This includes contracts for the loan of the units, maintenance of the unit and marketing materials, placing and returning units—all being tracked on the ERP system.
Maintain great relations with co-marketing partners and increase cross branding exposure (which are 99% of the time events). Ensure display of machines w/Co-Marketing partners.
Work with Executives, Managers, and Partners on Case Studies to continually ascertain better data, which will increase sales and bring notoriety to the brand through high level associations and facts.

Requirement:
Bachelor degree with 5+ years of proven experience.
Proficient in MS office software.
Strong sense of services and team work.
Good at interpersonal communication and coordination
Skilled in problem solving and handling ad hoc tasks and multiple tasks
Relevant working experience is preferred.
Previous experience in organizing big event is preferred
