Position: Training AC Coordinator (Contractor)

Division/Department: HR, Orga. & ITP

Location: Beijing

Main goals and objectives:

? This position coordinates continuously availability and high quality of all external/internal Individual Management Assessment Center (IAC) and Leadership Assessment Center (ACL). This position cooperates with HR consulting team, department observers and candidates for the local process organization.

? This position supports development (CPD, Mini MBA) programs for VCIC, VGIC, AUDI, VWFC, VWATD and VWATJ employees.

? This position ensures and planes the qualification/certification of needed resources like moderators, observers, role players and trainers.

Your Responsibilities:

1.This position independently coordinates continuously availability and high quality of all external/internal Individual Management Assessment Center (IAC) and Leadership Assessment Center (ACL).

? Arranging the Technical Check, inviting observers and candidate, preparation of documents and folder, collecting the evaluation sheets for preparing the IAC

? Inviting moderator, observers and candidates for the IAC/ACL in close cooperation with the HR consultants from each entity (candidates will be provided by HR Consultants)

? Planning and organization of AC venue

? Preparation of an AC candidate overview and an annual schedule planning for the current and next year based on the VGC needs

? Documentation of all IAC/ACL candidates and their results

? Close communication with HR consultants

? Responsible for handling all entities related payment process issues (PR in SAP, purchasing contact, vendor selection, invoices etc.)

? Responsible for the IAC/ACL expenses overview

2.This position supports development (CPD, Mini MBA) programs for VCIC, VGIC, AUDI, VWFC, VWATD and VWATJ employees.

Support for development program:

? Invitation management

? Tracking participants response status & sending reminders

? Approaching guest speakers and preparing materials

? Communication among participants & trainers & VGIC HR colleagues regarding various enquirers

? Logistic facilitation for venue preparations regarding the room setup, teabreak, dinner etc
