Job Descriptions（职位描述）:

Prepare production files from a process and tools point of view
根据流程和工具要求准备生产文件

Implement the delivery QA of localized products
对提交前的文件进行质量检查

Organize and implement software testing, compiling, bug fixing and bug reporting tasks
组织实施软件的本地化测试、编译，报告并解决错误

Provide technical support to in-house team and external vendors
为内部和外部资源提供技术支持

Plan for the use of automation wherever possible
适时地编写和使用自动化程序

Train new engineers into processes and applications
对新入职的工程师进行流程和应用软件培训

Design and document localization tools
编写和设计本地化工具的培训文档

Qualifications（职位要求）:

Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
计算机或相关专业本科以上学历

At least 2 years of engineering experience in a localization industry
两年以上本地化工程经验

Good knowledge of CAT tools, LocStudio, Catalyst, Trados etc.
精通 LocStudio, Catalyst 和 Trados 等常用的计算机辅助翻译工具

Extensive knowledge of software development and capable of programming in at least one language: C#, VB, Java, Perl
熟悉软件开发流程，并至少能使用一种编程语言：C#, VB, Java, Perl

Good command of English on reading and writing
良好的英文读写能力

Familiar with Microsoft, Unix platforms and IT infrastructure setup
熟悉 Microsoft 和 Unix、以及其他 IT 基础设施的搭建和配置

Extra carefulness and patience on work style
工作态度严谨负责、细致耐心

Self-starter & quick learner
做事主动，能快速学习并掌握新知识
