职位要求：

1、本科以上学历，建筑/设计/工程管理/机电相关专业；8年以上相关工作经验，至少3年以上管理岗位经验；
2、了解装饰设计业务，熟悉装饰装修材料；
3、熟悉项目成本核算、内装或机电项目投标报价；
4、熟悉工程报价知识和项目管理知识；
5、熟练运用Project、PowerPoint、Word、Excel等软件。
6、英语听说读写流利。
7、有工程师证书或造价工程师证书优先；

职责描述：
1、能独立或组织他人共同完成装修工程的报价；
2、能分析竞争对手项目报价，并提供具有竞争力的项目报价，保证工程造价的最优化；
3、定期收集行业材料价格，项目成本计算准确；
4、能做生产力之统计分析，更新公司估价定额；
5、协助主管完成部门工作计划；
6、其它上级交办的各项工作任务。

Requirements:
1. Bachelor or above degree, majored in architecture, interior design, construction ,management, mechanism, electricity or equivalence;
2. A good knowledge of materials related to interior design;
3. Familiar with the cost assessment, interior design, or biding for the project;
4. A good knowledge of biding and project management in construction;
5. Familiar with Project, PowerPoint, Word, Excel;
6. Good English in listening, speaking, reading, writing;

Responsibility:
1. Independently or jointly work out designing biding
2. Offer a competitive biding by analyzing the biding given by competitors.
3. Collect the prices about building materials regularly; make an accurate cost calculation;
4. Analyze the productivity and update the appraised price;
5. Assist in fulfilling all kinds of work;
6. Fulfill the tasks given by the above;
