职位描述：
Responsibilities:
- Assist Community Head to drive hub operation and service excellency, creating a customer-focused service organization, where members can enjoy their working experience at naked Hub.
- Responsible for members’ satisfaction.
- Be an excellent problem solver while managing member expectations.
- Manage monthly accounts receivable.
- Create clean and pleasant physical environment and caring working atmosphere, by managing vendors, cleaning personnel and security personnel.
- Conduct effective sales tours to help the team reach monthly revenue and occupancy targets, and manage churns.
- Responsible for purchase and inventory management.
- Implement national policies and processes, ensuring hub’s operations is compliance with national standards.
- Implement and execute company policies as and when needed.
- Develop and execute community initiatives designed to create business and social connections between members. Ensure a thriving community and achieve KPI’s as a team to raise member satisfaction.
- Explore opportunities to engage members by discovering and discussing members’ individual needs and objectives and act on initiatives that can create value for members.
- Assist Community Head in team management and development.
- Other duties and responsibilities assigned by the company/Community Head when needed.

Requirements
- College graduate with a four-year degree preferred but not required
- Customer/hospitality service experience is a plus
- Proficient in MS-Office
- Good communication skill and team work.
- Passionate, driven and responsible
- Business level proficiency in English and Mandarin is a plus 举报 分享
