职位描述：
Our client is bridging the gap between the East and West. As a small and agile company, they are focused on improving and developing a complete portfolio of industry-leading bipolar power products supported by excellent customer support worldwide. Their advantages lie in the years of experience gained as part of a multi-billion dollar semiconductor corporation, but with the focus and flexibility of a start-up. As the first dedicated bipolar supplier their intentions are to expand our portfolio and bring the benefits of bipolar technology to new and existing markets.
Purpose of the position:
刪 Warehouse Management
刪 Physical inventory management
刪 Sample management
Key Areas of Responsibilities;
刪 Daily operation management (good receiving, customer shipments, return, logistic issue handling, etc. with 3PL)
刪 High priority of urgent shipment support
刪 Physical inventory management, Cycle count (2 times per year), Physical count (once a year)
刪 Sample deliveries & inventory management
刪 Customer Invoice mailing delivery support
刪 Continuous improvement on logistic cost saving
刪 Warehouse management
Organisational Context:
Main products/services of organisation
刪 The markets served are in the White Goods, DAP, Monitor/TV and Power Supply areas. Asia Pacific (in particular China) will be the focus due to the higher growth rate, Europe and N.A. are the potential market growth market.
刪 Competition is keen in the market; therefore continuous innovation in improving the performance and reducing costs of our products is a key factor for maintaining and improving our competitive position. As a large proportion of the target customers are in China, client is increasing the presence of this function in our Shanghai office
Key Requirements of the Role:
刪 Be attentive, patient, hard-working and obliging.
刪 Experience in warehouse management is desirable.
刪 Competence on problem solving
刪 Capability to work out proposal or solution when encounter the issue.
刪 Familiar with SAP environment, excellent in Excel, PowerPoint and data analysis
刪 Easy-going and well communication skill
Other Requirements:
刪 5-8 years related working experience in Semiconductor Industry.
刪 Fluent spoken & written English
刪 Fluent spoken & written Mandarin
刪 Fluent spoken & written Cantonese

刪 Bachelor degree
刪 Logistic, warehousing or supply chain management is preferred
Additional Information:
This is a highly professional role, requiring the jobholder to have a very good educational and employment background in warehouse management. Additionally the jobholder must also be able to work effectively in a team, obtaining services and pursuing priorities through peers who are not his/her subordinates and who may be part of a different organisation.
