职位描述：

The China Customs Supervisor will be responsible for assisting China Tax Manager with all Customs related matters of Ford China operations.

Detail Responsibilities:
 

• Provide analytical and technical support and advice on establishing customs strategy for Ford China operations
• Provide expertise on customs-related areas, e.g. customs valuation, tariff classification, customs privilege regimes, international free trade agreement, customs-related requirements
• Create awareness among related functions to ensure compliance to Customs laws & regulations
• Analyze and identify potential duty-saving opportunities
• Assist in AEO verification
• Review on a regular basis Ford China’s customs-related operation, to evaluate the compliance level and identify the potential risk (if any)
• Monitor and update the changes in Customs law, regulation, requirement and practices officially announced by Customs and related government in China
• Develop and deliver of Customs compliance training materials, guidelines, working instructions and training to targeted audiences regarding compliance in import & export Customs operations
• Assist in strategy alignment between AP Customs/Tax team and Ford China operations

Requirements:
 

• Minimum 5 years in technical customs experience
• Working in the Tax or Customs area of a large multinational company or professional accounting firm.
• Having a good mixture of technical ability and business acumen to help the business in both compliance and strategy/planning
• Have a solid understanding of Customs concepts and a sound appreciation of the interaction of Customs with Finance, Tax, and Operations.
• Customs technical knowledge
• Good written and oral communication skills in both English and Chinese.
• Good interpersonal and collaborative skills with demonstrated ability to impact, influence, and negotiate with internal and external resources.
