职位描述：
Major responsibilities:

Claim team management and claim work arrangement.

Approval large loss case and evaluate the claim risk.

Setup the claim operation process and claim rules to control the risk and improve claim productivity.

Work with medical team to handle assistance case. For special or large loss case, timely report and communicate with fronters to make decision.

Complete the claim report including client reports and group reports in time.

Work with underwriter to review policy wording and service agreement.

Submit the claim requirement to enhance the claim system.

Set up the KPI for claim team.

Complete other works assigned by manager.

Qualifications:

Bachelor of financial, insurance or medical major preferred.

Four year of working experience in insurance claim.

Excellent team work, communication, and time management skills.

Excellence skills with English.

负责理赔团队的管理和理赔工作的合理安排；

对理赔权限内的案件进行审批，评估理赔风险；

制定理赔业务流程及运作规范，控制理赔风险，提高理赔效率及服务质量；

协助医疗救援部门共同处理理赔案件，负责对重大案件调查、指导、跟踪、落实及上报与反馈；

按时完成集团内部的各种报告；

协助核保部门对新条款提出合理的建议和意见；

负责理赔系统的需求提交和优化管理；

负责团队KPI 考核指标的合理设置；

执行/完成上级交办的其它工作。

基本要求:

本科学历，金融、保险、医学等专业优先考虑；

四年以上的保险公司理赔工作经验；

良好的团队合作、人际沟通及时间管理能力；

较好的英文写作及口头表达能力。
