职位描述：
Assists in the development of teacher training projects that may include videos and documents
Training system building: Build training system for teachers and design implementation solutions
Training Course design: Develop and classify outlines and contents of training courses
Teaching quality supervision and guide: watch classroom teaching by Chinese and Foreign teachers, give feedback regarding scores, comments and suggestions for imporvement
Communicates in a timely and professional manner with teachers about issues regarding class processes , logistics
Assists the Marketing team by providing teacher information that can be used to promote our values
Communicates with teachers about any new policy or process changes in a timely and professional manner
Assists in analyzing data to determine areas of weakness that can be amended by the Teacher Quality Team 举报 分享
