Job Title: Human Resources Manager Roles:
*Accountable for providing a full range of HR support to the plant. Manager in directing all HR aspects to ensure we have the right people, right skill sets and right HR processes to meet business needs and deliver strong business performance in the plant.
Responsibilities:
HR
* Training & Development - Facilitate and consolidate training needs analysis, provide clear and specific training needs to central training team. Facilitate training nomination, give advice to line managers and staff on team/personal training plan, make sure the training resources are managed and used in an effective way. Facilitate and organize training if necessary
* Talent Management - Support site manager to conduct talent review, and succession planning. Give advice and suggestions on talent management and development. Coordinate talent management programs in the site
* PCM - Implement corporate PCM policy and process, coach line managers to use the tools, ensure the periodical completion of performance management activities. Identify improvement areas by analyzing the documents and process, provide group trainings if necessary.
* Reward - Interpret corporate reward philosophy and policies to site ine managers, give advice to line managers on compensation for new hires, promotions and annual salary review. Facilitate the process of annual salary review and YEV calculation. Keep records of the compensation spending and control total staff cost budget.
* ER & Communication - Interpret company policies and labor policies. Minimize legal risks by coaching line managers on legal process and management process to handle ER issues, including grievance and disciplinary process, manage related staff activities. Manage individual and group communications to advocate corporate culture or handle changes.
* Recruitment & Hiring - Work with site line managers on JD preparation, resource planning, headcount review & internal approval , hiring process and make sure orientation training for new hires
* Data Management & Reporting - Maintain necessary data and information, provide accurate data to region and management team as required, make sure timely periodical reports are provided to update progress of HR activities.
