仪电工程师 E&I Engineer

岗位职责：

1.配合经理和仪电主管协调领导本岗位的员工，开展本部门的各项日常工作。

2.检查分析并解决日常工作中仪表、电器及电力设施的技术问题及技术故障。

3.督促指导生产设备及设施的维修、保养、安装等工作。定期组织相关人员对电气、仪器仪表等设施进行校验。

4.负责监督各设备的日常检查和定期检查工作，并对检查中发现的故障设备作出维修处理安排。

5.做好技术资料与各项记录的整理和保管工作。

6.编制仪表、电气部分的年度设备维修和日常保养计划，并组织实施。

7.编写有关仪表、电气设施的SOP，并为部门的仪表、电工人员提供技术指导。

8.组织所属员工的技术培训，实施工作训练和考核。

9.参与公司工艺技术及安全系统改造，并负责仪表电器部分的技术资料及供应商信息收集、相关设备设施采购前的询盘、资质、性能评审，并在改造设计实施过程中向技术部门提供专业领域的支持与协作。

10.负责新采购的仪、电设备的技术合同的审核和确认。

11.负责备品配件的管理。

12.负责电、仪设备的技术改进工作。

13.参加维修费用的控制管理。

14.完成主管交办的其他相关工作。

Responsibilities:

1.Planning, organization, execution E&I equipment maintenance to ensure daily production operation.

2.Monitoring and analyzing E&I equipment status, proposing improvements to equipment or (preventive) maintenance routines and updating technical documentation.

3.Responsible for ensuring that daily tasks are performed in compliance with SHE requirements and environmental regulations including waste disposal, hygiene monitoring, energy saving, working environment, safety policies and procedures, etc.

4.Perform preventive and operative maintenance of utilities and process instrument and electrics in accordance with Preventive Maintenance Plan & Schedule.

5.Perform routine maintenance and demand repairs and technical improvements under instruction by Maintenance manager.

6.Conducting the PLC/DCS malfunction analysis if necessary.

7.Initiating technical parameters and sourcing suppliers; conduct negotiation in terms of technical matters and supervise the implementation for E&I equipment.

8.Work with Production Department as a team in ensuring that high performance and efficiency of equipment is achieved.

9.Supervising E&I technicians, contractor group in the workshop.

10.Training E&I technicians and contractor group.

11.E&I maintenance documentation, e. g Maintenance record, PM schedule and monthly report.
