工作职责:

1.配合经理和维修主管对生产设备及设施的维修、保养、安装、调试等工作提供技术支持，全面负责设备管理工作，确保设备安全、稳定运行；

2.贯彻执行HSE相关要求，监督、纠正维修工作中出现的不安全行为，确保维修安全；

3.根据公司AIG的要求，建立、完善设备档案，做好技术资料与各项记录的整理和保管工作，编制、更新设备预防性保养计划和年度大修计划，并组织实施。定期组织相关人员对关键设备、安全附件进行检验；

4.负责监督各设备的日常检查和定期检查工作，并对检查中发现的故障设备提出处理意见；

5.定期组织设备故障分析会；

6.编写有关设备的SOP，并为部门的人员提供技术指导；

7.组织所属员工的技术培训，实施工作训练和考核；

8.参与各项技术改造，提出合理化建议，并负责设备部分的技术资料及供应商信息收集、相关设备设施采购前的询盘，资质、性能评审，并在改造设计实施过程中向技术部门提供专业领域的支持与协作；

9.负责新采购的设备的技术合同的审核和确认；

10.负责备品配件的管理，制定安全存量，提报请购计划，并负责质量验收；

11.参加维修费用的控制管理；

12.对维修技工的绩效考核提出建议；

13.完成主管交办的其他相关工作。
