Collaborate with the HR Director and managers to assess and anticipate HR-related needs
Implement and embed global HR initiatives across the function(s)
Coach and influence leaders and managers around people issues
Maintain a solid understanding and working knowledge of the business function and global business strategy
Facilitate and evaluate internal training, workshops and strategy days as required
Provide support and advice to managers in relation to performance/talent development
Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures
Design and develop career development strategies in collaboration with the Learning and Talent Development Centers of excellence
Support the Reward team on the annual performance management and reward cycle and any additional initiatives as needed
Partner with managers to drive engagement across the organisation
Work with the Talent Acquisition team to identify and provide input on workforce planning and acquisition
Strong knowledge of HR compliance and employment law
Drive employee engagement and communications, in collaboration with the Change Management and Internal Communications Director
Act as an employee champion and change agent
Manage and resolve complex employee relations and case management in conjunction with the HR Advisor
Other duties as reasonably requested
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or First degree in Human Resources, Business or other related field
CIPD qualified or equivalent
