职位描述：
1.工商管理、管理或相关专业本科以上学历。
2.供应链管理或管理专业博士学位。
3.得到CSCP（国际物流师资格）、ITL(皇家物流协会资格)认证为佳，如无则要有实际工作经验。
英语水平必须达标。
1.在第三方物流拥有5年以上的仓库管理的经验并且了解汽车制造市场。
2.熟悉仓库管理系统、运输管理系统或电子数据交换。能用EDI系统
有两年管理50名以上员工的经验。

Required Education and Experience:
Education Qualifications 1. Bachelor’s degree above in business management / engineering or related subjects.
2. PhD degree in supply chain management or engineering is an added value.
3. CSCP certificated is an added value.
4. English is mandatory
Experience & Background 1. Minimum 5 years’ warehouse management role in 3PL, automotive manufacturer, supermarket.
2. To be familiar with WMS, TMS, or EDI, which is an added value.
3. To have experience of managing above 50 employees for 2 years, which is an added value.

d. To conduct the regular maintenance process of equipment and WMS for the right operation condition.
2. Team Building:
a. To conduct the regular training process for improving the team competency level
b. To conduct the regular conference for analyzing the performance and business.
3. Customer Intimacy:
a. To conduct the regular customer’s voice activities for improving the service quality.
