Job Description
As a Technical Solutions Consultant, you represent Ptmind and responsible for providing technical solutions and managing relationships with our major clients. As a liaison between clients and our technical staff, you flawlessly lead deployments, implementations and integrations of our Ptengine and Datadeck product lines. From monitoring product performance to debugging and troubleshooting product code, you are the resident expert that addresses client needs. You are a data analytics experts with an entrepreneurial drive and passion for client management through high-touch consulting supports not limited to website optimization and data visualization knowledges.

In this role, you are the engagement manager taking responsibility for the success of our largest partnerships. You lead deployments, optimize implementations and integrations to increase business growth, drive new business opportunities, and manage the overall technical aspects to build strong, successful, long-term partnerships. We work with teams throughout Ptmind to develop solutions for clients and partners around the globe. But we're just getting started. Perform implementation reviews, advocate for new product features, and ensure the prompt and proper resolution of technical challenges.
Improve product feature offerings by providing clients feedback to internal cross-functional teams including Product Management and Engineering.
Guarantee the technical aspects of a clients’s integration (both new and ongoing) by providing necessary documentation and technical guidance.
Identify, drive, and optimize the business growth of new opportunities by leveraging Ptmind technologies.

Qualification
Minimum qualifications:
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
3 years of experience in the data analytics industry.
Business level communication in Chinese Mandarin. Fluent in English or Japanese will be a plus.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with web analytics or data analytics tools and softwares
Demonstrated creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills, combined with a strong sense of ownership, and a proactive can-do attitude.
Ability to work well in a cross-functional team environment or independently.
Effective communication and project management skills, with a track record of handling multiple customers and streams of work.
Skills in scripting languages particularly C/C++ or Java is a plus. 举报 分享
