Tasks and responsibilities
1. Executive function
- Representing VHC to supervise the interior construction works in Haikou in cooperation with Building Owner (HNC), LDI (CCDI), the JVCO
- Representing VAMED healthcare expertise to ensure project quality in ‘value chain’ (from VAMED design to 3rd party design to execution).
2. Planning tasks
- Review of construction (including interior/façade/ landscape) execution drawings
- Review of M&E and medical equipment execution drawings in respect to interior construction works
- Recognizing of design issues, proposing of solution in team work with Client / LDI / JVCO.
3. Execution of tasks
- Site supervision / monitoring of construction (including intrior/façade/ landscape) execution works
- Resolving of issues (not limited to design) during implementation phase with project team
- Coordination / Site supervision / monitoring of M&E and medical equipment execution works in all design related affairs
- Participation on project meetings with client / partners / construction companies
- Reporting of project related issues to Project Manager
4. Control tasks
- Regular site visit and control of quality of executed works by contractors / subcontractors incl. reporting
5. Special tasks
- Supporting of PM in organizational tasks
- Translation of project related documents and support of Project manager where Chinese language is required for communication with client / partners / constriction companies when required.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree or above.
2. Related experience should be above 5 years.
3. Very good English skills.
