Archibat Asia is looking for an Operation Director for a big real estate developer to run a high end service apartment in Shanghai.
Responsibilities
1. Be responsible for daily operation;
2. Enhance management process and propose suggestions to the current market positioning, operational objectives and managerial mode according to the development strategy of the company;
3. Monitor works at every region and ensure staff are in compliance with related code of conduct. Put forward solutions to existing problems;
4. Guide on-job training to enhance service quality, staff professionalism and give proper guidance on staff’s career development .
5. Network with tenants and explore social resources as well as enhance the reputation of the clubhouse.
6. Plan and hold activities for tenants, such as member’s day and parents-children events. Draft detailed activity plans and monitor the wholeprocess.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above. Fluent in English.
2. Fluent English, Mandarin is a plus.
3. At least 8 year’s managerial experience working in premium hotels, service-oriented apartments or well-known clubhouses in China.
4. Experiences in planning hotel or clubhouse events.
5. Modern management concepts and strategic thinking with competitive practical, developing, organizing and communication capabilities.
6. Excellent management and control down to details. Innovation awareness and capability.
7. Strong sense of responsibility and passion for work.
