职位描述：
Main responsibilities

1.Is responsible for the technical communication with customers.

2.Is responsible for the preparation of customer training.

3. Ensures that the customer’s technical requirements are all identified and well understood by the project teams

4.Is responsible for technical analysis of failed products

5.Is responsible for answering customer technical questions / requests.

6. Is responsible for organizing and follow up of tests required by customer.

7. Is responsible for gathering data and internal analysis of customer tests

8. Is responsible for gathering market/competitors technical data/trends and lead technical “veil”

Position requirements

1.Education : Engineering diploma preferably in mechanical fields

2.Experience : 3~5 years in product development

3.Excellence in functional skills and competencies

4. Fluent speaking and writting in English
