职位描述：
Finance Manager, Beijing China

The ideal candidate should possess a positive attitude, excellent communication skills and be results-oriented. S/he is a highly analytical problem solver, possesses an extremely high level of attention to detail, the ability to work long hours (maybe including weekends or holidays), can work independently as well as collaborate with team members, and can thrive in a start-up environment.

Responsibilities:
STATUTORY REPORTING
-Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial accounts, mainly including the consolidation , file quarterly report to the Board;

GROUP RESTRUCTURING
- Help to process the group structuring procedures, including overseas companies setup and supervision;

FINANCIAL ANALYSIS
-Prepare the monthly financial analysis to have a detail review of financial performance;

PLANNING & BUDGETING
- Prepare annual Budget or quarterly Budget;

TAX
-Support the preparation of tax returns for all entities in PRC, US and Canada;
-Support the liaison with PRC tax authorities on queries and engage with tax consultants to obtain tax advices as necessary

CONTROL ENVIRONMENT
-Support the establishment of a balanced control environment with consideration of efficiency and risks
-Assist in coordinating external audit

OTHER AD-HOC WORK
Qualifications:

Technical Background and skills:
-A minimum 2 years commercial experience with a multi-national corporation in a managerial capacity, High Tech company especially gaming company is a plus; a qualified accountant (e.g. CICPA, ACCA or equivalent) is a plus;
-Understanding of financial and accounting principles, local taxation rules as well as auditing and internal controls, Big Four experience is a plus;
-Excellent English communication both orally and writing, overseas study experience is a plus;
-Experienced in managing self and working with a small team,
-Excellent computer software skills – with expert knowledge of ERP, Microsoft(including Word, Excel and PPT)

-Good interpersonal skills & an ability to work effectively with all levels of staff (including senior management) and external stakeholders
-A team player and a self-starter continuously looking to improve the quality of finance service whilst reducing cost and process complexity. Drive to maintain high professional standards
-A questioning and investigative nature, combined with the qualities of being structured & methodical in approach.
-An ability to meet deadlines, handle time pressure and get results in complex & diverse situations.
-Self-devoted and committed, would like to work over time when needed;
-Could afford high working pressure and fit oneself to highly changing environment;
