General Job Description :
This Position is responsible for updating shipping activity in the order of IQAir China management system, managing the transportation delivery cycle. The service coordinator also act as a liaison across sales, after sales, operations and procurement and have the ability to identify and recommend process improvements that increase productivity, increase customer's satisfaction, and eliminate redundancy and inefficiency.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Schedule and log all inbound and outbound product and service delivery appointments;
- Track and trace all deliveries, and confirm delivery with customer;
- Proactively inform customers of possible delays or delivery failures;
- Confirm purchase order receipt on ERP, and prepare fapiao, purchase order receipt, and relevant documents;
- Troubleshoot customer complaints and issues - make recommendations to resolve complex operational problems through a proactive approach with the Service Technicians and Sales Teams;
- Communicate through phone calls, emails, and chat applications with customers. Providing feedback and solutions in a professional and effective manner.
- Generate Service Technician performance reports;
- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required;
- Perform Customer Service Air Test and Reports for all customers
- Control and Manage local inventory.
- Control and Manage Demonstration machines and equipment.
- Assist sales and marketing departments with product demos, events, and public relations;
- Support all departments to provide the highest quality of customer service and support to the company’s clients.
Qualification for the Job
- College degree or equivalent
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience at the same or equivalent position
- Hands-on experiences such as: supply chain planning and fulfillment, logistics operation, service and warranty management
- Fluent oral and written Chinese and English
- Good user knowledge of PC software
- Service oriented, superior interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly developed sense of responsiveness, both timely and accurate
- Willing and capable to work under pressure
