This position is mainly responsible for providing full HR support in
 Recruiting &Staffing
 C&B
 Training
 Employee Relationship
Basic HR Operation

Recruiting & Staffing
 Source, screen, interview and select candidates for the assigned positions.
 Interact with hiring managers to understand the business needs and create the right expectation.
 Develop talent pool, balance both quality and quantity, establish and maintain contacts with sources of employment.
 Provide regular recruiting summary and assessment report as needed.
 Analyzing staffing, turnover and other personnel statistics, and preparing reports in conformance with company needs.

C&B
 Manage and handle the daily C&B related issues to make sure payroll process aligned with applicable rules and policies
 Process both expatriate and local staff payroll calculation and payment release including monthly salary, annual bonus and special allowance.
 Provide the compensation and benefit data analysis and report.

Training
 Ensure professional deployment of training sessions and events by following internal processes, standards and tools appropriate for scheduling, delivery and evaluation of the training sessions and events.
 Communicate with and provide support for participants, trainers and line & HR managers along the process.

Employee Relationship.
 Organize employee’s activities to improve employee satisfaction such as outing, annual dinner, and birthday celebration.
 Reply to employee’s inquiries regarding all HR related issues
 Through company communication channel, regularly make the employees’ satisfaction investigation and survey and submit the report to company management team for the following action plan.

Information and Communication Responsibilities:
 Cooperate with HR Manager for the task assigned execution.
 Keep good communication with all staffs to know their status and suggest to company management team regarding all spectrums of HR. for the contentious improvement and supervise the company policies to be implemented as well.
 Keep good relationship with all HR vendors to set up win-win cooperation relationship and keep good image to company.

Requirements
 University degree holder
 At least 3 years of solid HR experience
 Self-motivated and strong passion in the HR field, capable to deal with the high pressure
 Fluent in both written and oral English
