职位描述：
Job Title: Retail Buying Executive

Report to: Directed Merchandising Manger

Main Responsibility:

- Work closely with directed merchandising manager to build merchandising strategy and structure according to the brand key initiative and local consumer insights
- Seasonal OTB budget management
- Seasonal buying framework including sku plan, product mix, depth per sku, size ratio
- Distribute the products based on assortment guideline and allocation standard
- Sell through performance analysis vs plan and last year from different angles
- Recommend key actions to buyers regarding best seller and slow movers
- Work closely with VM team to ensure the merchandise story calendar is well executed
- Create and build the necessary tools to ensure the allocation effectiveness and efficiency

Needed competencies:

- Skilled in retail planning, allocation
- Hard worker, willing to work for results, not time
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong data analysis skills
- Good communication skills, Excellent Team-player
- Passion in outdoor and sports industry

Education:
- College degree or above.

Needed working experience:
- More than 3 year’s experience in retail buying/planning/allocation and multi store management. Apparel or outdoor industry is preferred. 举报 分享
