职位描述：
工作内容：
1、负责公司的环境卫生管理、绿化管理等综合事务工作，确保后勤保障到位,工作顺畅和环境优雅
2、负责公司班车使用调度、维修保养等管理工作，有效合理地安排公司人员用车
3、负责分部固定资产的保管、登记、盘点、维护、报修等管理；
4、负责行政管理体系搭建，办公区域租赁装修，行政采购体系搭建维护，大型年会及活动组织等；
5、完成公司领导交办的其他工作；

任职资格：
1、全日制大专以上学历，专业不限，行政经验2年及以上经验；
2、形象谈吐良好，沟通协调组织能力强，注重细节，抗压性好，对行政领域感兴趣；
3、亲和力强；善于学习，工作有激情； 举报 分享
