职位描述：
Execute the corrective & preventive maintenance in our operative equipment’s. (Hydraulic, Pneumatic, mechanic and jigs).
对生产操作设备进行矫正性和与预防性维修维护，包含液压及气动,机械传动部件及工装夹具；
Execute the necessary corrections to the welding jigs to control the welding process (Dimensional)
对焊接工装夹具进行调整，以保障焊接过程及产品尺寸稳定；
Improvements to our process and equipment’s. (Hydraulic, Pneumatic, mechanic and jigs).
对生产工艺及设施设备进行改善；
Analyze the root cause of the failures.
对设备故障进行分析；
Execute the Corrective Maintenance.
执行设备矫正性维修
Execute the Preventive Maintenance.
执行设备预防性维护
Proposes and Execute the improvements ideas.
建议及执行设备改进改善
Analyze the root cause of the problems using Problem Solving or PPS methodology.
对设备故障进行根本原因分析
Follow up the safety procedures.
遵循安全操作规程
Execute the 5´s activities.
认真执行5S
Execute the MMS methodologies.
