职位描述：
岗位职责:

Sales orders processing

? Strictly following the order processing guideline, complete sales orders processing in E-ordering & SAP system, deliveries arrangements and follow-ups, like goods receiving notes (GRN) and invoice etc.
? RDC stock transfer, to ensure stock availability in RDC is always at a reasonable level.

Reports and Documentation

? Check GRN, record related information and adjust difference in SAP if necessary
? Prepare required reports and documents for order processing, keeping all data up to date and relevant.
? Filing hard copies for auditing.

Others

? cooperate with the 3PL provider, or other departments within MHD.

任职资格:

? College degree or above
? Good at English (Preferred) and Chinese
? 3 years+ relevant working experience to supply chain or customer services
? Proficient skills in SAP system, and MS offices, such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint and outlook.
? Proactive working attitude
? Be able to work under pressure and capable to manage time in a positive manner
? Flexible interpersonal relationship and communication skills
