职位描述：
? Formulate, standardize and implement QA operating procedures including: training, corrective action reports (CAR), engineering changes (ECx), document/part control, ICQ, IPQC and FQC, QA audits, OBA, DPPM, AFR, DFMEA and quality metrics tracking
? Point of contact for NDA communication and solution and be the strategic link between production quality and field quality, supporting a closed loop NDA quality process.
? Daily/weekly analysis of first pass yield reporting and periodic presentation of quality results to the Sr. Management.
? Accountable for implementing and audit on effectiveness of all company designed quality and production strategies to ensure that all product, quality, and yield metrics are met or exceeded.
? Support electrical and mechanical DFx initiatives, working with development and manufacturing teams to maintain product/production quality levels; Act as one of the lead figures in the investigation of product modifications to ensure quality standards are met.
? Establish and ensure compliance for raw material (component), FG quality levels, SOPs, national and international safety standards;
? Lead weekly quality process line-audits and support capability audits within the factory.
? Use Six Sigma processes to analyze quality issues and lead problem solving efforts to determine root case and drive implementation of improvements
? Oversight of the production process and WIP/raw material quality control; making adjustments to the production process as needed to assure the attainment of business objectives while insuring products standards will exceed the company’s quality standards.
? Manages a team of SQE’s to enhance the supplier/Sub-contractors quality.
? Participate in new sub-contractor and key component selection from a quality perspective.
? ? Own and resolve supplier related CAPA(s). Analyze supplier related defect data to determine root causes and make process improvements based on the defined corrective & Preventive actions.
? ? Development and implementation of Würth Electronics procedures and SOP’s;
? ? Participate in or manage quality assessments of internal operations and suppliers to analyze compliance and assess risks;
? ? Interacts on a daily bases with a team of Würth Electronics SQE’s, Managers and Quality representatives at the suppliers/Subcontractors and provide status reports;
? ? Develops a Supplier Quality and CAPA System for maintaining Supplier Quality Records.
? ? Participates in supplier and Subcontractor QA audits and provides OBA, DPPM, AFR, DFMEA and quality metrics training to the supplier/Subcon’s QA department;
? ? Accountable for implementing and audit on effectiveness of all company designed quality and production strategies at the suppliers/sub-contractors to ensure that all product, quality, and yield metrics are met or exceeded;
? ? Daily/weekly analysis of first pass yield reporting and periodic presentation of quality results to the Sr. Management;
? ? Support electrical and mechanical DFx initiatives from the suppliers/subcon’s, hereby working with Würth Electronics development and manufacturing teams to maintain product/production quality levels;
? ? Establish and ensure compliance for raw material (component), FG quality levels, SOPs, national and international safety standards at the supplier/subcon’s locations


? Proven track record in managing production and quality, preferably in the consumer electronics market, working with Asian based manufacturers.
? Knowledge and experience in production / manufacturing processes and techniques, raw materials management, quality control programs, engineering and technology principles and practices. (Preference given to candidates with experience in electronics components, including injection molded parts, tooling and assembly.)
? Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, setting priorities, identifying and addressing problems, and meeting deadlines.
? Strong leadership and team management skills and attention to detail in a manufacturing/production environment.
? High level of communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and coordinate efforts around process improvement.
? Ability to manage resolution of complex issues with an extended team in a fast paced development environment.
? Strong business acumen with an ability to drive and make good business decisions that are typically complex and broad in nature.
? Fluent in Chinese and English and relevant local languages.
? Willingness to live in Fuling, Chongqing. Accommodation assistance available, no relocation package.
