职位描述：
工作职责：
？ 运用专业的时尚与搭配知识，培训、指导、帮助员工，提高客户服务能力和时尚敏感度、从而提升顾客服务体验；
Train and coach employee acquiring Fashion Collection and Mix&Match skill to improve customer service and fashion acumen, in addition to enhance customer engagement and experience.
？ 参与和促进企业时尚活动，组织开展时尚培训，通过进行各种评估，确保提升员工对时尚知识的掌握运用；
Participate and involve in fashion activities, organize fashion training, through conducting various assessments and fashion engagement activities to ensure transfer of learning
？ 根据公司要求进行时尚培训体系管理（包括但不限于培训材料的更新、需求收集和研究等）；
Perform training administration in accordance to organizational requirements (Include but not limited to training materials updating, needs collection and analysis, etc.)
？ 设计与开发各种时尚项目，组织开展各种时尚活动，提高员工的参与度，提升员工的整体服务和品牌形象，从而推动公司时尚文化。
Design and develop fashion projects, organize various Fashion Champions to improve employee fashion initiatives involvement. Through enhancing service level and brand image to drive company fashion culture.
任职资格
？ 大专及以上学历，服装设计或相关专业;
College (or diploma) or above, majored in Fashion Design or related subjects.
？ 1年以上相关时尚品牌公司时装造型或客户服务培训相关工作经验者优先;
1 year or above related fashion brand company working experience. Especially in fashion styling or customer service training related work experiences is preferred.
？ 良好的团队合作精神，优异的沟通和人际关系，规划和组织能力，在快节奏的零售环境下胜任多任务；
Good team spirit, excellent in communications and interpersonal skill, well planning and organizing skill in multi-tasks and fast paced retail environment.
？ 热爱时尚，喜欢创新，有趣，充满活力和外向个性与时尚的个人风格；
Passion for fashion and innovation, with humorous, vibrant & outgoing personality and great personal style.
？ 熟练掌握office系列办公软件，特别是对PPT、word、Excel等有较好的运用；
Proficient in MS office applications, especially in PPT, word, Excel, etc
？ 熟练掌握 Photoshop、ID、AI、Coreldraw等软件优先录用。
