职位描述：
装修维保项目经理/维保工程经理（需要懂英语）

1.驻场项目现场，负责具体项目维保阶段的工程管理，包括组织人员、进度控制、质量控制、安全管理、变更控制、分包管理；
2.积极响应客户要求，根据项目需求统筹协调设计师、机电工程师、预算员、采购员以及业主的关系；
3.确保项目的进度和质量达到公司标准，使客户满意。

任职资格：
1.要求有3-5年及以上的相关办公室室内装修工作经验，有物业维修工程经理相关经验优先考虑；
2.客户服务意识强，具备一定的装修、机电安装专业知识，能独立指导现场施工工作；
3.有较强的计划能力、组织能力、沟通协调能力，较强的全局意识、安全意识；
4.工程、建筑装饰及相关专业，熟悉建筑装饰工程工艺、持有二级以上建造师证书者优先；
5.因客户为外资，需要阅读英文文件，收发英文邮件等，要求英语听、说、读、写熟练。面试会考察英语水平。
