Starting from Nordic Forum braking business, mainly private label
brands : Forumline, Vehcare, EPM and Sakura, and will extend to other product
lines based on the staff’s capability and NF business development plan.

Nordic Forum 刹车系统业务开始,主要涉及为自有品牌:Forumline, Vehcare, EPMSakura,会根据员工表现以及NF自有品牌的业务发展需求拓展到其他产品线。

Product strategy, planning and implementation:

Together with PMs of NF
HQ/member companies, work out product strategy and define the implementation
plan, through market, segment and competitor analysis.

根据市场、产品线及竞争对手的分析,制定产品战略规划并制定明确的实施计划。

Together with PMs of NF HQ/member
companies, Driving business performance of the product category by clarity of
strategies based on thorough insights of customer requirements, competitors
and distribution networks
And adapts the global/regional product strategies to these market
requirements.

通过全面了解客户需求,竞争对手及分销渠道,明晰产品线的战略目标并驱动经营绩效。达成公司在全球/区域范围的产品战略目标,满足市场需求。

Implementing the brand and product strategy through market segmentation
and proper brand/product positioning (features, functions, quality,
packaging), settling right pricing with member companies and creating USP
(Unique Selling proposition) to different target markets.

执行公司品牌和产品战略,明确产品细分市场及品牌/产品定位(包括产品特点、功能、质量、包装等),设定合理的产品价格体系并为不同目标群体设定独特的销售主张和卖点。

Project Management:

Manage the projects with professional tools and process. Have the
knowledge of automotive vehicle population, Support HQ’S/member companies’ PM
team to increase market coverage of the responsible product lines. Define
range with clear business plan and launching schedule, implement new product
development accordingly to relevant work flow.

利用专业工具和流程进程产品线管理。掌握车辆保有量信息,支持子公司的产品团队增加负责所管理产品线的市场覆盖率。清楚设定产品目标范围及开发计划,并按流程完成新产品开发任务。

Identifying business opportunities and achieving incremental growth by
promoting the existing products, introducing new product to the member
companies..

甄别商业机会,通过产品促销,新产品推广给子公司。

Follow product position setting and profit budget rule, together with
HQ/ member companies set and make adjustment of selling price for products
according to market pricing level. Work together with NF PL sourcing team to establish purchasing policies that may
affect the level of the product’s profit, and set the reasonable purchasing
price based on the product specification, drawing and BOM.

根据产品价格定位,利率预算,及市场价格信息与子公司一起制定产品价格。与NF PL采购团队共同制定可能影响产品利润水平的采购策略, 并基于产品特性、图纸和BOM表,提供采购价格建议。

Coordinate with sourcing function on the product drawing check, new
product/ new project introduction

协调与支持采购部门,进行图纸确认、新产品引进等。

Coordinate with quality function on supplier audit process, product
quality test, and warranty process.

协调并支持质量部门工作,共同完成供应商审核、产品质量测试及索赔处理等工作。
