职位描述：
Job Responsibility:
1. Set up and maintain the quality control system regarding the manufacturing.
生产制造相关部分的质量体系的建立和维护
2. Define the quality plan regarding manufacturing to meet the customer's requirements fully.
将客户的质量要求转换为生产制造的质量计划、检验表单等。
3. Be capable of assisting with assembly, flushing, and pressure testing, and functional testing of fluid power systems. Work independently at customers’ facilities commission and providing technical support for fluid power systems. Must be confidant and capable of being decisive. 有能力对于流体系统支持装配工作，对于功能性测试等方面进行操作测试站，对相关情况进行判定。
4. Internal audit for the management system regarding the quality part of the manufacturing.
管理体系和生产制造相关的质量要求的内审工作。
5. Take part in the entire process of the production design, process and trial manufacturing for the first article. Elaborate the quality documents of the process and manufacturing.
首件生产的设计、工艺和试制全过程参与，编制设计工艺和制造相关的质量文件。
6. Initiates corrective action for procedural, product, or process deficiencies. Analyzes reports and returned products and recommends corrective action, specially to the mass NC.
对程序、产品或流程的缺陷或不符合项采取修改措施。分析质量报告和有关产品质量事故，尤其是批量质量问题，提供纠正预防措施的建议。
7. Learn, operate, develop, implement, train and oversee all test instruments , such as hydraulic test station, vibration test, microscopy, metallurgical analysis, simple chemical analysis, mechanical properties characterization, hardness measurement, testing of assemblies (HAGC, Bending blocks, AWC Compactors, Shears, gear boxes) etc.
Conduct the external labs activities, such as participant the Lab qualification process, sample delivery, internal communication for detailed requirements to external Lab, obtaining the reports and archive.
学习、操作、落实、提高、培训有关内部的检测和测试设备，如液压测试站、振动测试、金相分析、简单化学测试、机械性能测试、硬度检测等各类质量测试设备以及分析结果等等。负责进行外部检测， 比如参与外部实验室的合格供方评审流程，交付试样给实验室，同内部相关部门沟通具体的检测要求并向外部实验室交底，联系并接收报告并根据规定分发存放。
8. Handle the customer complaint.
处理客户投诉。
9. Comply to the EHS regulation.
遵守公司EHS规定。

Requirement:
1. Must be able to read fluids schematics;
2. Have extensive knowledge and understanding of pipe and tube fitting application and standards including ISO, DIN, Chinese GB;
3. 3-5 years’ experience commissioning various type of hydraulic pumps i.e. piston, vane, gear etc.;
4. 3-5 years’ experience commissioning various type of hydraulic valves i.e. directional, flow, pressure control;
5. Understanding of Fluid cleanliness ISO standards and particle counter technology;
6. 1-2 years’ experience repairing/rebuilding various hydraulic components;
7. Prefer some knowledge and experience with proportional hydraulic controls;
8. Prefer some knowledge and experience with proportional valve control amplifier cards;
9. Experience in fluid power service, preferably in primary metals industry; 举报 分享
