万国群星足球俱乐部青少年足球培训部诚聘一名全职的客户服务代表。

工作职责：
· 处理客户的电话以及邮件
· 协助家长挑选最合适自己孩子的课程
· 处理学员报名事宜
· 维护以及处理学员数据中心信息
· 及时有效的处理家长的反馈并与青少年培训经理共同提高青少年足球培训服务的质量
· 更新网站
· 翻译一些相关文档
· 协助俱乐部管理人员提高并完善青少年培训的章程和文件
· 参加俱乐部的其他活动

职位要求：

工作地点在俱乐部位于酒仙桥的办公室，工作时间为周中四天周末一天（周六或周日）

· 为客户提供优质的服务
· 本科及以上学位（体育、新闻专业优先）
· 良好的语言能力（英语以及中文，能使用更多外语者优先）
· 有一至两年客户服务或接待经验
· 极好的英语听说以及写作能力
· 需有良好的电脑办公软件技能（Word, Excel, PPt,网页以及邮件）
· 良好的组织能力，能够遵守既定的规则，注重细节。良好的独立工作以及团队协作能力
· 良好的人际交往能力，能够快速的与客户建立友好亲切的关系
· 能够很好地适应国际化办公环境，能够与不同国籍、不同背景的人交流
· 体育(足球)爱好者

ClubFootball is seeking a full-time Member Services Representative to work in the club’s junior football department.
 
Responsibilities
 
Dealing with customer telephone and Email enquiries.
Advising parents of the most suitable programmes for their son/daughter.
Processing junior course registrations.
Maintaining neat and tidy registration and player database records.
Obtaining feedback from parents and work with management to improve the quality of the club’s junior football products and services.
·Updating the club website
·Translating documents where required.
Assisting club management in improving registration procedures and associated documentation.
Attending & assisting with other club and third party events & functions as required.
 
Requirements
 
Candidates will be based at the ClubFootball Offices at Jiuxianqiao. Working hours are 5 days per week with 4 days from Mon to Fri, and 1 day at the weekend (Sat or Sun).
 
A commitment to providing excellent customer service!
University graduate, preferably in English or Journalism related major.
Excellent communication skills (English and Chinese – additional language skills are advantageous).
1-2 years experience in a customer service or reception position.
Fluent oral English and writing skills
Good computer skills (primarily Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Internet browsing and e-mail).
Very well-organized, self-motivated, efficient and punctual with high-attention to detail. Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent interpersonal skills, friendly & approachable with an ability to quickly develop relationships and strengthen them going forward
·Candidates must be comfortable working in an international environment and dealing with people from all countries and backgrounds
A passion for sports (and football especially!) is advantageous.

Our core business is our range of junior football products and services which include junior coaching programmes, coach education courses, and football tours to the UK.
