Based in our Beijing office and working as part of the design team, the candidate is a visualizer who can bring creative ideas to life by creating high-quality computer rendered images and 3D models for exterior and interior environments.
加入我们北京办公室的设计团队，作为一位视觉型的设计师能通过针对于外部和内部创造优质的电脑渲染图像和三维模型，为生活带来创意。

The role requires exceptional photo-realistic rendering skills and strong design aesthetics to establish the theme and mood for the architectural space as directed by the Senior Design Staff.
此职位需要极其独特逼真的渲染技术和较强的设计美学以表现由资深设计人员指导的建筑空间的主题和气氛。

Duties and Responsibilities
主要职责

1. Experienced in reading and working with architectural plans and CAD drawing files.
具有阅读和根据建筑规划和CAD绘图文件工作的经验。

2. Able to visualize perspective and 3D space.
能够将景色和三维空间可视化。

3. Advanced ability to produce 2D/3D exterior and interior scenes including skills in modeling, texturing, lighting, rendering.
具有优秀的制作二维/三维室内外场景的能力，包括建模、材质、灯光和渲染。

4. Advanced skills in Photoshop to produce final rendered 3D exterior and interior environments.
利用高超的Photoshop技巧制作最终的三维室内外场景。

5. Able to visually interpret concepts of Senior Design Staff and digitally manipulate rendered images to obtain final look and feel of the spatial environment from conceptual plans, written design narratives, look books and reference images.
能够根据概念规划设计、书面设计叙述，看书和借鉴图像直观地表现资深设计人员的设计概念，数字处理渲染图像，实现最终的外观和空间环境感觉。

6. Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
能够同时进行多个项目。

7. Highly motivated and disciplined with a positive working attitude.
工作态度积极主动、自律。

8. Proactive in helping the design conceptualization and implementation process and delivering creative solutions.
主动帮助概念的设计和实现过程，并提供创造性的解决方案。

9. Proficiency in modeling, and rendering software such as Revit (must), Photoshop, Rhino, AutoCAD, SketchUp etc. Proficiency in 3D Max is preferred.
熟练运用建模和渲染软件如Revit （必须）、Photoshop、Rhino、AutoCAD以及SketchUp。除此之外会操作3D Max优先考虑。

10. Possess strong attention to detail.
非常关注细节。

11. Be flexible and adaptable to change as required.
需要灵活适应变化。

12. Team player who is proactive, self-directed and collaborative; willing to work in an entrepreneurial environment where roles and titles are less important than results. In other words, willingness to do what it takes to make Thinkwell a success.

15. Ability to prioritize work assignments and focus on most critical tasks.
能够按优先级处理工作，把重点放在最关键的任务上。

16. Ability to work independently and to use common sense and sound judgment.
能够独立工作，运用常识和精准的判断力及时完成工作。

17. Demonstrated attention to detail, thoroughness, organizational skills and the ability to analyze Information.
能够表现出对细节的追求，一丝不苟的精神，组织技巧和分析信息的能力。
