Responsibilities:
1.Daily managerment of HR operation work, including on/off boarding, background check, work permit application/renew and other related
2. Work with payroll vendor for C&B support and check
3. Implement hiring plan for R&D and plant team, including channel setup and maintaintance, direct sourcing and prepare anaylsis report.
4. Coordinate the implementation of whole process of performance management;
5. Organzine employee traning development activities and ensure training SOP compliance
6. Manage the HR legal document record and summary
7. Coordinate HR activities and events and other tasks required by the line manager
Requirements:
1. 1-3 years working experience in general HR field with bachelor degree, pharma experience is a plus
2. Good communication skills; Good team player
3. Proactive, independently attitude;
4. Logical thinking;
5. Good analysis skills;
6. Good planning skills;
