We are looking for the talent
Main responsibilities :
1.Draft and review all the legal contracts and other legal documents. Communicate with lawyer for contract template and special cases.
2.Provide legal support and suggestion to various department of the company to avoid risk.
3.Be responsible for dealing with company legal issues.
4.In charge of insurance issue of the company, renew insurance contract.Communicate with insurance company and following the treatment of claim.
5.Manage company stamp usage, to ensure its safety and compliance with regulations.
Other characteristics and attributes:
1.Bachelor degree or above with legal professional knowledge.
2.Fluent in Mandarin and English
3.Dedicated working, strong learning ability, strong sense of responsibility, good team player.
4.Rigorously logical thoughts, strong thinking and analyzing abilities.
