职位描述：
Design Manager
Our client is a very large European group with various entities around China. One of the entity in China focuses on Cryogenic pumping design and manufacturing, which is located in Taicang city, Jiangsu Province. We are looking for a talent who has strong designer experience and wonderful team-construction ability.

Responsibilities:
? Department and project related planning of staff, cost, and schedules.
? Technical assistance to Sales Department
? Development, design of new and improvement of existing products according to requirement of Sales Department and customer
? Preparation of technical offer, definition of scope of supply, technical interface, specification of components, component list.
? Preparation of relevant documents like drawings, part lists, components specifications, modification notes, etc.
? Application for official approvals
? Preparation of technical descriptions and user manuals
? Investigate and monitor
? Documents filing and distribution.
? Consults with engineering personnel relative to modification of machines and equipment in order to improve production and quality of products
? Monitor and supervise that production process follows the defined regulations, processes and procedures.
? Regularly consult with directors of other departments to prepare and execute company goals, guidelines, and operations.
? Plan improvement and training programs; would like to act the role as teacher for the subordinates, the colleagues like sales, the customers and distributors.
? Good communication with design department of European headquarter

Qualifications needed for this position:
? Strong experience in exchanger design (Fin heat exchanger), cool box design, especially for customers of LNG industry
? Professional in pressure vessel standard, design process, especially well-known in ASME
? Good communication in English
? More than 5 years design team management. Good at coaching and team building
? Aggressive personality
