职位描述：
Detailed Job Requirement Include:
?Understand industry trends and continuously acquire the appropriate technical knowledge related to these trends
?Ability to transfer his/her knowledge of ESL software usage to customers and team members to drive product growth in a professional manner
?Understand customer’s design flows of the industry and identify new opportunities from customer issues and build innovative solutions with Keysight tools to resolve identified designer issues, to increase designer efficiency, and consequently ESL tools usage
?Apply his/her technical expertise to solve unique customer requirements through a dedicated solution involving ESL SW and possibly Keysight HW
?Make Project Management of the complete solution from the customer’s need and requirement
?Lead and conduct project delivery acceptance which includes, statement of work creation, risk assessment, delivery resource identification, quotation, delivery organization and prioritization, delivery schedule management etc.
?Deliver the solution to solve problems in a timing way to ensure customer satisfaction
?Document created solutions and gathered expertise in order to share them with colleagues inside the organization
?Communicate with others in our organization to influence product sales, development and design direction
?Work in an international team and support multi-national customers

Qualifications
?Bachelors or Master Degree or University Degree or equivalent in electronics or physics including RF/microwave and Digital knowledge
?Minimum of 5 years relevant experience, with typically 5 to 8 years practical experience in System Level EDA design
?In-depth understanding of EDA business and experience of using ESL tools for RFMW, wireless applications and Radar related applications
?FPGA programing capability would be a good plus to this role
?Excellent in project management and development
?Fluent English writing/speaking and good communication skill
