职位描述：
Mission of Function
？ Establish & implement metallics sourcing strategy
？ Lead sourcing target & activities for metallics according business demand
？ Manage supplier's relationship

Areas of Responsibility

？ Purchasing price management and cost reduction over assigned suppliers
？ Establish & drive sourcing strategy for assigned categories and product lines
？ Attend and support projects to achieve sourcing target.
？ Support quality and logistic to achieve and improve supplier performance
？ Coordinate with supplier quality to promote total quality & lean concept in supplier site management.
？ Maintain & improve communication & collaboration between lead buyers, regions/plants sourcing organization & functions.
？ Responsible group visitors from sourcing organization.
？ Other tasks assigned by Purchasing Manager.

Competences

？ Bachelor degree or above
？ Major in Mechanic, Material, or related area
？ Solid background in Metallics, Stamping, Machining, Bending, Welding, Surface Treatment etc.
？ Good command of English
？ SAP& MRP knowledge and skill
