职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、负责办公用品的登记、发放与管理
2、负责日常办公设备的维护与管理
3、负责处理日常公文及各类资料归档
4、负责协助办公用品的清查与盘点工作
5、负责贯彻执行有关固定资产管理规章和制度
6、负责协助组织公司各种活动和会议；
7、负责完成部门其它工作。
任职要求：
1、大学本科以上学历；
2、能熟练操作计算机，并用熟练使用常用办公软件；
3、两到三年行政、办公设备管理等相关工作经验，
