职位描述：
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Good understanding of FAB technology, process flow and procedures as well as foundries process technology update at all time
- Selecting and qualifying new foundries
- Qualifying new products and setting process windows via matrix lots
- Liaise with foundries for new prototypes, product tape-outs and device revision
- Liaise with foundry personnel on any discrepancies found in inline data/WAT data to ensure wafer quality and yield
- Handling of line excursion issues, engineering lots and wafer RMA
- Coordinate with planning for any WIP staging, pull-ins to meet shipments.
- Preparation and maintenance of foundry benchmarking for QBR or periodic reviews.
- Drive for Yield correlations, analysis and improvement activities with foundries based on wafer electrical test (WAT), wafer sort (CP) and final test (FT) data study.
- SPC and SBC control to ensure quality of shipping parts
- Liaise with third labs for product relibility test & Failure Analysis
- Familiar with product assembly & test process flow
- Cost reduction and cycle time improvement for mature products
 
QUALIFICATION:
- BSEE/MSEE in Electronics/Electrical Engineering
- At least 3 years of Wafer FAB experience and yield enhancement job
- Working experience in fast pace semi-conductor manufacturing environment
- Process a good sense of responsibility and positive working attitude
- Must be familiar with process SPC methodology
- Able to understand, debug, modify and improve FAB process and procedures
