Supervision Customer Service Associate work, draft daily report, and communicate with other team
Duties and Responsibilities
? Handle client order and check through the documents to ensure all necessary information are well received
? Confirming order content and requirements with client before process
? Complete case ordering in system
? Upload case documents and complete relevant data entry for the case
? Inform client about case status and expected due date
? Answer client general queries about case and escalate to next level for further questions.
? Ensure all cases are created correctly
? Lead team to allocate resources and tasks
? Establish and refine standard operating procedure for call center
? Provide training to the relevant team
? Ensure background screening report quality and service level reach to client requirements
? Complete all tasks that arranged by the supervisor in timely manner
Skill-Set
? Excellent English written communication skills.
? Excellent interpersonal skills
? PC proficiency, including knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Access, etc.
Qualification
? Excellent English written communication skills.
? Attention to details
? Positive attitude toward pressure
? Ability to work within time constraints
? Must possess strong work ethic and excellent client service skills to ensure effective, responsive client interaction (internal and external).
? Must be confident, highly efficient, and self-motivated.
Education
? Bachelor Degree or above
