工作职责:
1. 负责接听并回复前台所有的电话,重要事项向办公室同事的转达
2. 负责快递的收发,及时作好登记工作
3. 办公文具使用登记、发放及管理工 作
4. 前台办公环境的管理
? Office Administration role (60% of time)
Carry out office administration support to ensure the normal daily operations -
? Day to day ‘reception’ and administration duties, include providing a professional ‘reception’ services to visitors to the office, and being a first point of contact for the office
? Deal with calls, post, stationery, petty cash and provide operation status report
? Security management and attendance log report, express package in/out control
? Preparation and submission of various expense reports for Site Manager to approve
? Administration of the travel for local staff as required, in liaison with relevant colleagues and travel specialists
? Cooperate with the driver to assure a schedule plan in order to fully utilize the company van
? Organize employee social events( e.g. birthday party, annual dinner ) professionally and within budget
? Ensure that the office environment is maintained to a high standard, conduct regular office inspections(e.g. meeting rooms are kept tidy, stocked and ready for use; coordinating meeting catering as required)
? Get maintenance done on office equipment and machinery
? Work with the corporate audit team and ensure that identified risks are monitored and properly mitigated by implementing effective solution
? Manage the daily physical operation in mini-warehouse, including IN/OUT tracking and routine check, etc
? Support on special project, such as office relocation
? Engineering Operation role (40 % of time)
? Engineering Samples application and inventory management
? Complete the declarations with supported documents as per the customs regulations
? Consolidate the purchase requests from the FAE/AE teams and raise the POR on DIP
? As a contact window, purchase office stationery/lab equipment/components by obtaining requirements, purchasing Info. consolidation and update
? Negotiating with suppliers and service providers and provide professional proposal
? Coordinate the local activities on Seminar/Exhibition/Training activities
