职位描述：
Main Responsibilities:

1. Understanding market needs, analyzing product sell through and monitoring sales performance and inventory to optimize product mix and improve product efficiency;
2. Collecting feedbacks and opinions from stores and customers via market visit. Understand market needs and competitors, gather market requirements and give feedbacks to Product Manager;
3. Be responsible for buying for retail;
4. Be responsible for product releasing for retail and come up with VM guidelines for reference;
5. Working with Retail Merchandiser for product replenishment, be responsible for retail inventory;
6. Handling customer complaints from retail.

Qualifications:

1. Strong fashion sense & sensitive toward market needs
2. Good analysis skill
3. Good at English for both oral and written
4. Good at communication
5. Can work under high pressure and have time management skill
