职位描述：
Main Responsibilities

？ 负责日化工厂设备/工艺系统的完整性及持续性技改活动，不断提高其安全性、质量可靠性和产出效率。
？ 负责CapEx工程项目方案拟定，组织方案评估与优化等。
？ 持续策划/实施各种能源管理优化活动，不断提高能源利用效率。
？ 支持重要的trouble shooting活动，以及异常情况root course的技术分析，拟定专业有效的应对措施。
？ 协助拟定工程维修人员专业技能发展路径，组织实施月度技术培训，及培训效果评定。
？ 维护工厂工程技术文件及标准/规范的正确性与完整性。

Basic Qualifications
？ 全日制大学本科及以上学历, 过程装备与控制、流体力学、工业/仪表自动化、化学工程与工艺…等工科专业。
？ 8年以上国际性化工企业工程维修领域工作经验。
？ 精通流体及粉末类输送/罐装设备、搅拌/混合/化学品储罐等常用化工装备、压力容器/管道以及工厂公用设备的设计选型及应用。
？ 熟Coswin或SAP/PM等维修管理软件应用。
？ CET-6级及以上，英文听/说/读/写流利。
