职位描述：
岗位职责：
1.负责固定资产管理，办理物品编号。
2.负责低值易耗品、办公用品、办公耗材、日用品采购、领用、管理。
3.建立固定资产、部门物品和个人领用物品台账。
4.负责面试人员通知、接待、统计。
5.负责统计考勤。
6.负责员工入职、离职物品管理工作
7.负责电话转接、快递收发、来客接待等日常行政工作。
8.负责办公设备维修维护。
任职要求：
1.熟练使用Office Excel等办公软件。
2.具有较强的执行力，良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神。
3.具有良好的亲和力，责任心强，工作认真细致。
4.有服务意识和组织协调能力。
