Job Summary
The goals of Command & Control Center are to:
Ensure the availability of the monitored systems through proactive identification of faults and their problem-solving (by predefined items) or by routing the generated incident to the right group.
Provide value through correlation of the generated incidents and identification of the root cause.
Develop and Maintenance of the High Automatic Incident Alarming and reporting
Main Responsibilities
Working in the team of WSDS / Command & Control Center
Key Responsible for Server system and network management and monitoring platform design, test, implementation, operation and support.
Second level support for infrastructure incident and problem management.
Project management and implementation.
Knowledge and Skill
· Knowledge of ITIL and ISO quality system highly desired.
· Good written, oral and presentation skills in both Chinese and English.
· Minimum of 3 years experience of working with management products ideally in an enterprise environment. Microsoft SCOM 2007 and HP Open View environment experience are highly desired.
· Good Experience of working with one of enterprise system and network monitoring technologies such as MS SCOM, BMC patrol, IBM Tivoli, Spectrum, HP Mercury, HP NNM9i, CiscoWorks and etc. is preferred.
· Experience of using one of scripting technologies such as C#, vbscript, javascript, and etc. C# is preferred.
· Experience of managing MS SQL Database.
· Strong troubleshooting skills for problem resolving.
· Familiar with SNMP protocol, MIB structure and trap.
· Experience of system performance tuning is preferred.
· MCSE and/or CCNA certificate is required; Knowledge of Unix/Linux is better.
· Face-to-face customer engagement and communication skills.
· Awareness of corporate environments and their business requirements.
