Primary responsibilities
-Assist loyalty member communication through online and offer portal (offer translation, system loading and monthly report consolidation )
-Provide support in drafting promotional plan and the execution of member’s campaign with particular focus on Le Club Accorhotels
-Facilitate coordination between various internal departments and Greater China hotels to ensure the smooth implementation of Accor Loyalty program in areas of acquisition and retention.
- Provide day to day support to Greater China Hotel
- Coordinate with operation team and Accor academy to provide Loyalty orientation and support to opening hotels.
- To oversee the deployment of loyalty campaign and strategy are correctly carried out in a hotel level.
- Seek and consolidate feedback from hotel to assist the development and optimization of the current loyalty program.
- Loyalty department budget consolidation and reporting.
- Loyalty department general administrative duty.
- Provide resolution to member’s complain
- Competitor monitoring and reporting
Knowledge and Experience
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing related field
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience in the multi-national company
- Strong user knowledge of Microsoft Office
